6. Alcohol Restrictions

Alcoholic beverages cannot be discounted, given away, or tied to any Coupon. All alcohol is charged at full menu price per law.

7. Fraud, Abuse & Misuse

Prohibited actions include duplicating, altering, reselling, reposting to unauthorized sites, or attempting online redemption. Abuse may result in refusal of service, removal from Fredericksbird Savings, or suspension of access.

8. Seller & Publisher Responsibilities

Seller Responsibilities: honoring or declining Coupons, product/service quality, pricing, availability, and staff training.


Publisher Responsibilities: FredericksburgTXStore.com and Edge Media Agency Inc serve as a marketing platform only and do not process payments, set Seller pricing, guarantee availability, or control Seller operations.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Publisher is not liable for damages or disputes arising from any offer, Seller, product, or redemption. Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Coupon or the Seller’s services.

10. Changes & Updates

Edge Media Agency Inc may update these Terms at any time. Sellers may modify or cancel offers without notice. Continued use of Coupons constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
